Sharon Cole has been actively involved in the Frayser community as a member of the Frayser Community Association and the Frayser Advisory Board. She has resided in Frayser for 33 years and is the Founder/Director of Memphis Community Youth Organization. She currently works in the Healthcare Industry and is the owner of Empress Unlimited.

Joan Parker has been a resident of Frayser for some 41 years. She is a retired Healthcare worker of 42 years and has owned a business in Frayser. Her community commitment includes active membership in the Frayser Community Association, Frayser Advisory Board and the OAS Ambassadors. She is the Secretary/Treasurer of New Faith Bible Baptist Church. Other roles include Past Associate Grand Patron for the International OES for the State of Kentucky

Dr. Shephard has worshipped, taught, ministered and been otherwise actively involved in Frayser for some 26 years. Her passion for community health led her to establish the Oasis Foundation as a community-based wellness organization based in Frayser.

Mary retired from Shelby County Schools where she worked at Frayser High School for over 15 years. She has served the Frayser Community Association as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. She serves on the Frayser Community Development Corporation Board and is a member of the Frayser Advisory Board which is responsible for the Annual Frayser/Releigh Holiday Parade in December. She has served on the Frayser Neighborhood Council. A former 30-year resident of Frasyer she continues to have a passion for improving the community, evidenced by her role as Chairperson of the committee to revitalize the Ed Rice Community Center.
Quadrant 2 (NE) Representative
Patricia Burnett is a native of Henning Tennessee and has been a Frayser Resident since 1984. She has been employed with the City of Memphis for 33 years. She is active in the community and supports and helps with the activities of many organizations. Previously, she served as President and Secretary of the FCA, Secretary of the Frayser Community Development Corporation and Vice President of the Frayser Neighborhood Council. She was a member of the group that first began the Frayser Raleigh Holiday Parade and continues to serve in that capacity. She has been a member of the Frayser Community Association for the past 15 years.
Quadrant 3 (SE) Representative
Derin attends Golden Gate Cathedral Church and has been a member of the Frayser Community Association for 5 years, helping out in the Spring and Fall Festivals each year. He is the official Photographer for FCA events. He has worked with the Frayser/Raleigh Holiday Parade for 7 years.
Quadrant 4 (SW) Representative
Carrie has lived in Frayser over 10 year with her spouse Arthur and she loves her community of Alta Vista. She is a member of the Alta Vista Association, Frayser Neighborhood Council and Frayser Community Association. Her involvement is the different Associations stems from the mind set of wanting to “help make Frayser a better place to live.”
Member At-Large
At 70 years old Christine has lived in Memphis all of her life. She is the proud grandmother of 4 and mother of 2. She has worked at General Electric and Kellogg Company, from which she retired. She has voluneered with the Memphis Sheriff Department for 10 years. She is a member of the Coalition of 100 Black Women and a devoted season ticket holder with the Memphis Grizzlies for 17 years. When Mayor Jim Strickland ran for office she did his TV commercial. She attends New Hope MB Church.

Pearlie has been a resident of the Frayser community since 1997 and is a member of the Frayser Neighborhood Council and Denver Park Neighborhood Association. She serves as an Ambassador for the Old Allen Police Station. Simply stated, she loves and takes pride in her community.

Linda is a native Memphian, having lived in the Frayser community for 24 years, She is a devoted wife and mother of two adult children. Her education provides expertise in Business Adminstration and Marketing. She worships in Frayser at Word of Life, where she is actively involved as leader of Grief Ministries and Health Ministries. Her community interests include resident involvement and empowerment. She is a former Vice President for the Voice of Raleigh-Frayser.
